2. Identity verification
By using our services and making a booking through our website/app, you agree to provide us with accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your name, address, contact details, and payment information.
In addition, we may require you to upload a copy of a valid ID document and take a selfie to verify your identity. We take data privacy and security very seriously and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing you with our rental services. By uploading your personal information, you consent to its collection, storage, and use by us in accordance with our privacy policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false or misleading information or who fails to comply with our identity verification process.
3. Rental and Subscription Policies
a. Rental Period: Rental periods begin when you receive the product and end on the date and time you return the product.
b. Subscription Period: Monthly subscription periods begin when you receive the product and end on the same date of the following month. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day of the following month unless you cancel your subscription.
c. Product Availability: Our inventory of products is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a product will be available at all times.
d. Product Condition: You agree to return the product in the same condition that you received it. You agree to pay for any damage or loss to the product during the rental period.
e. Product Return: You agree to return the product on the specified return date and time. If you fail to return the product at the end of the rental period, we may charge a late return fee.
f. Payment: You agree to pay the rental or subscription fee for the product you are renting or subscribing to. Payment is due at the time of the booking.
4. Liability
You agree to use our products at your own risk. Rented is not responsible for any harm or injury that may result from the use of our products. You agree to indemnify and hold Rented harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a rental at any time. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will be charged until the end of the current billing period. If you opted for a longer plan and chose to cancel before the minimum duration, you may have to pay the difference as with the lower duration plan. For example: 6 months minimum, cancel after 4 months, the price will be retrospectively calculated as if you were on the minimum 3 months plan.
6. Intellectual Property
Our webaite/app and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Rented or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our app or its contents.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
