  • What is Rented?
    Rented is a platform that enables you to access a diverse range of products without the need to own them. Whether it's sports equipment, electronics, or household items, Rented allows you to rent what you need for the duration you need it. Our goal is to provide a convenient and sustainable alternative to traditional ownership, making it easy for you to access the items you want in exchange for a monthly payment.
  • How does Rented work?
    Browse and Select: Explore our catalog, choose the item you need and select your preferred rental period, which can range from 1 to 24 months, depending on the product. Booking and Verification: Complete the easy booking process. Afterward, we conduct a quick verification check as part of our risk analysis. If your booking is approved, you can proceed to the next step. If not, rest assured – we'll promptly reimburse your payment. Contract Signing: For approved bookings, we'll guide you through a simple contract-signing process. This ensures clarity on terms and conditions, setting the stage for a transparent and secure rental. Delivery to Your Doorstep: Once the contract is signed, we'll swiftly dispatch the rented item to the address you've provided. Our efficient delivery ensures that you receive the product conveniently and on time. Flexible Subscription: The product will be subscribed to at the given price until canceled. For example, if you subscribed to a 3 months+ plan, it will continue after the 3rd month until you decide to cancel.
  • What happens if the rented item is damaged or lost during my rental period?
    We understand that wear and tear can happen. For small damages, our platform includes insurance coverage. Please refer to our Rental Agreement for details on the coverage and any associated costs. If the item is lost or stolen, 100% of the value will have to be covered.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    We aim to deliver the products as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances it can take between 3 to 10 working days.
  • Where do I return the product?
    We'll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your address on the date you specify. Free of charge!
